Saturday, Sept. 21,– Bonner Springs KS
Time: 8:30 am – approx. 5:00 pm

• Students arrive at Belton High School at 8:30am at the HS front doors. The bus leaves at 8:45am.
• If a parent is picking you up at the RenFest, have them sign you out with Mr. Stuck. Only parents may pick up.

SCHEDULE:

1. Arrive at your performance time 10 minutes early. A missed performance will lower your grade by 30%
   • 11:00am - Bella Voce Choral Pavilion
   • 1:00pm - Bella Voce Choral Pavilion
   • 2:30pm – Bella Voce Choral Pavilion
   • 11:30am - Belton Singers Choral Pavilion
   • 1:30pm - Belton Singers Choral Pavilion
   • 3:00pm – Belton Singers Choral Pavilion
2. Stay with a group of 3 or more students. Sign-up for the group you will be with.
3. Bring money for lunch.
4. Follow the rules of the festival
5. Dress Warm under your costume (if it is cold), be prepared for rain (umbrella)
6. The rules and consequences set forth in the Student Code of Conduct for BHS apply also to field trips, including (but not restricted to) appropriate dress code, forbidden possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substance.
7. Return borrowed costumes to BHS in good condition the following week; you are financially responsible for the costume, take care of it. Wash costume only on delicate or hand wash.

Time: Saturday, Oct. 5, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (approx.), Oak Park HS

• Students arrive at Belton High School at 7:00am at the Front doors
• Let Mr. Stuck know if you are riding the Bus.
• If a parent is bringing you to and/or from Oak Park HS, you are driving, or you are riding with someone else -- fill out a travel waiver form. Forms must be filled out in advance.
• Bring money for lunch or a sack lunch, dress comfortable
• RETURN: All District Audition Agreement and Travel Waiver (if needed) ASAP

All-District Choir Audition Procedure

1. You will register when we arrive at OPHS. Students will receive a sight-reading “card” that must be turned in when they sight-read and their Audition number/sticker that must be worn throughout the day.
2. Be at your solo room at scheduled time. Have the book (not a copy) for the accompanist and a book for you to look at (if needed).
3. Go to the sight-reading room before or after your solo time. There are no scheduled times. Stand in line. ONLY STUDENTS WITH A.M. SOLO TIMES WILL BE PERMITTED TO SIGHT-READ IN THE MORNING. ONLY STUDENTS WITH P.M. SOLO TIMES WILL BE PERMITTED TO SIGHT-READ IN THE AFTERNOON.
4. The solo rooms always run ahead of schedule, so if you have a late time you will probably go at least an hour early.
5. We will leave as soon as everyone is done with their solo and sight-reading. I estimate that we will back by 5:00pm, but be prepared for 6:00pm at the latest
